New website for Junior Mental Coach - from zero to a credible online brand
Ms Ola started her new business without an online presence. We built a website that builds trust with parents and coaches from the first entry.
See what the implementation looked like
New service, zero online presence
Ms Ola is a Certified Junior Mental Coach - a graduate of the Jakub B. Bączek Academy, creator of the mental programme of Polish volleyball players, world champions. She has conducted sessions with children and young people, worked with schools, kindergartens and sports clubs. But she was missing out on the internet. She needed a website that convinces the parent from the first moment: here I am in good hands.
New business - no online history
No previous online reviews, no website. Trust had to be built from scratch - the site itself.
Demanding target group
Parents entrust someone with their child. It's an emotional decision - the website had to be warm, human and reliable at the same time.
Many different services
Individual sessions, group sessions, sports sessions, training sessions, the shop - it all had to be clearly presented without overwhelming the viewer.
Customer searches on phone
Parents browse the internet on smartphones. The website had to work perfectly on every device.
A site that works on trust
Contact bar at the top - always visible
Even before the visitor has scrolled down anything, he sees the phone number and e-mail address. A parent who hits the site in the evening and wants to write a message does not look for the 'Contact' tab. He has the address straight away. A simple thing - a big effect.
Home page - warm, optimistic, tailored to the group
The website speaks Ms Ola's language - the colour scheme blue and orange, the tone energetic but calm. Right on the homepage the answer to a parent's question: what is mental training and why is it worth it. Below - a photo and story of Ms Ola building confidence. The section "We have the power to..." closes the homepage with a promise with which the visitor leaves the screen.
Offer - each service with its own form
Individual sessions for children, sessions for adults and older adolescents, group activities, sessions for athletes - each with description, photo and contact form with button. Three proprietary programmes described in the language of benefits. The parent or coach immediately knows what he or she is looking for - and knows how to apply.
Shop for e-book and educational games
Not every parent is immediately ready for a session. That's why the website has a shop - an e-book and educational games for children and young people. The shopping cart is simple and intuitive, purchasing takes a while. It's an additional channel to reach parents who want to get started but need a small first step.
Blog - a platform for expertise
We built the blog as a space where Ms Ola can share her knowledge on a regular basis. She writes the articles herself - we have created a structure and tool that allows her to publish independently without any technical assistance. This builds a position as an expert before anyone has time to ask the first question.
Contact form and FAQ - no more doubts
The form on the contact page has separate fields for children, adults and sports clubs. Ms Ola already knows who she is talking to before the first conversation. And the FAQ section answers real questions from real parents - "My child has a lot of bad emotions, what should I do?" - before anyone has time to hesitate at the button.
Simple and clear on any phone
Parents are looking for information on their smartphones - which is why the entire project was created with a mobile-first approach. Menu, offer, form, shop - everything works with a single finger, without unnecessary scrolling.
