A website for the estate agent,
who helps people in the most difficult moments
How we built Mr Stanislaw's website from scratch, which works on his orders every day
About the customer
Who is the customer
Mr Stanislaw is an estate agent associated with Keller Williams Quality. He specialises in sales, purchases and tenancy management - with particular experience in dealing with clients in difficult life situations: inheritance, debt, divorce, illness.
Project objective
Mr Stanislaw needed a business card website that showcased his person and experience while generating leads. It was crucial that, upon entry, the customer could immediately identify what he was looking for and move on to contact him within seconds.
What the client has provided
Custom images from a professional photo shoot and logo. Colour scheme, template selection, UX design, content and the entire communication layer - entirely on the SEOSki side.
Scope of the assignment
Building a website from scratch: visual design, sub-page structure, customer paths, benefit language copywriting, mobile responsiveness, converting elements (form, sticky CTA).
Challenge and starting point
Lack of any online presence
Mr Stanislaw had been in the market for years, had built up a solid experience and client base - but had no website. In the property industry, where trust and personal credibility determine the choice of agent, the lack of a website meant invisibility to anyone searching Google for help.
An additional challenge: the target group is often people in difficult life situations - inheritance, debt, divorce, illness. They needed not just an agent, but someone to guide them through the whole process. The website had to communicate this honestly and warmly - without corporate stiffness, but with complete professionalism.
Mr Stanislaw relied on us for the design, colour scheme and content. He trusted fully - it was our job to justify this trust.
First impression: authentic photos instead of stock images
Mr Stanislaw provided his own images from a professional photo shoot. And this is evident from the first second. A concrete face, a concrete person - not a smiling stranger at a desk from a picture bank.
In the real estate business, the client literally entrusts the agent with his or her assets. Authentic photographs are not a matter of aesthetics - they are the foundation of trust, which either is there or it is not.
Colour and visual design - a conscious decision
The client relied entirely on us. We chose . deep blue and navy - colours associated with professionalism, trust and stability.
This was not a random choice. Mr Stanislaw's clients come to him at a difficult time in their lives. They are looking for someone reliable, calm and competent. The website is designed to build this atmosphere from the first glance.
The yellow accent appears in one place: on the contact form. The aim - to catch the eye on the most important element of the page.
Form at the top of the page - customer qualification from the first second
Most estate agents' websites make the same mistake: a contact form somewhere at the end, buried on the 'Contact Us' sub-page.
We put it directly in the hero section. The client walks in and in 10 seconds can define themselves: I want to sell, I want to buy, I need tenancy management, another topic.
This is a conscious UX decision. Mr Stanislaw serves a wide variety of clients - but each comes with a specific problem. A form with checkboxes qualifies him straight away, before he has time to think "but is this just for me".
Three pillars of the offer and content written in the language of benefits
Directly below the form - three specialisations: property sales, property purchase, tenancy management. Each with a separate button leading to a dedicated sub-page.
All content on the website written by SEOski copywriters - language of benefits, based on Mr Stanislaw's offer. The client provided knowledge about his work. We turned it into texts that speak to the client and answer his real questions and concerns.
No empty platitudes. Every sentence works for conversion.
Customer path on offer pages
Instead of a wall of text - step by step through the entire collaboration process

Marketing and promotion
Multi-channel promotion: portals, social media, agent network.
Negotiation and selection of bids
Mr Stanislaw represents the interests of the client - he strives for the best terms of the transaction.
Documents and legal aspect
Complete documentation and legal services, liaising with notary and borrowers.
Closing of transactions
Finalisation, handover of the property and full settlement. Client secure at every stage.
Trust section: "Why work with me?"
Six specific reasons: expertise and up-to-date knowledge, identification and elimination of risks, negotiation skills, customer orientation, communication, accessibility.
The purpose of this section is one - to answer a question that clients often do not ask directly: is this agent really on my side?
Content written so that each point eliminates a specific concern, rather than boasting theoretical competence.
Opinions and figures that build credibility
Rating 4.9. Five years' experience. Three extensive reviews with full names - not initials, not 'Google User'.
Each review says something different: patience, professionalism, commitment. It's not a random selection - each eliminates a different concern for the potential client.
In an industry where the client entrusts the agent with his or her assets and often his or her difficult personal situation, authentic recommendations are one of the most important decision-making factors.
Sticky CTAs and a simple mobile version
On each subpage, a contact bar stuck to the bottom of the screen: "Contact me".. It doesn't matter where the customer is on the website - one click separates them from contacting Mr Stanislaw.
Mobile version designed to be simple, minimalist and easy to read. No unnecessary elements that on a small screen distract instead of helping.
This is an important decision - someone in distress seeking help with a property very often reaches for the phone, not the computer.
What the client has gained from the new website
Customer qualification from the first second
A form with checkboxes at the top of the page ensures that every visitor gets to the right service category in seconds.
Building trust before a conversation takes place
Authentic photos, full reviews, a customer pathway and a values section take the fear out of first contact.
One click to contact on any device
Sticky CTAs on every subpage and a mobile-optimised version shorten the path to an enquiry to a minimum.
Content that sells - effortlessly on the customer side
All copywriting on the SEOski side. Mr Stanislaw has not written a single sentence - and every one on the site works on his orders.
Transparent cooperation path for each service
A step-by-step guide through the process - the customer knows what to expect before they even call.
Standing out from the competition
A clever colour scheme, professional photos and a consistent visual identity distinguish the site from typical estate agent templates.
